  Very disappointed in Dr. Jennifer Freeman and her office staff. I have a 8 yr old with severe anxiety and ADHD when MO changed the Medicaid we had to switch Dr. I wanted to take her to Dr Mabe where my son goes but they told me he wasn't taking new pt and to tally her to Dr Freeman so that's what I did. Our first appt went OK, but then we had to miss her F/U for unexpected reason. She still has a few pills left so I had time to call and reschedule. In the mean time I had taken my son to a fu with Dr Mabe and talked with him about seeing her, he agreed but couldn't get her in room Aug 15th. So I called Dr Freeman office to reschedule and the girl told me we didn't need a appt just for a med refill and she would put the request in. She asked if we were out of meds I told her we had 2 days left. After 1wk I had heard nothing back I called to check and was told she refused to fill it 1. Because we needed a appt (which I had tried to schedule already. And 2. Because we had a up coming appt with Dr Mabe. We have now been out of ADHD meds for 2 wks and everyday has been nothing but melt down after melt down day after day for hrs at a time. It's hard on her and me and we both just sit and cry all day bcuz of it. My point is that what good Dr especially a pediatrician let's a 8 yr old go 2 wks without her narcotic. I will never again use Dr Jennifer Freeman for anything.
